mom came to ky for a short visit. she hadn't seen olive since we brought her home from the hospital. first thing first, mom needed a haircut and new look. i cut several inches off and it made her look so much more young and fresh.
olive was excited to see her moo.

mom and olive had a lot of catching up to do. we had a girls day and went shopping in lexington. olive had so much fun, smiling and talking the whole time.

mom couldn't believe how much olive had grown.

on mom's last day, we had a picnic lunch at jacobson park.
we set up under the shade of a tree. it was perfect.
olive loved the breeze. she kept closing her eyes, smiling and cooing.
beautiful day, great company.
that last night we decided to all get dressed up and go out on a dinner date.
olive was in a wonderful mood.

olive was sad to see moo go, but loved spending time with her while she was here.
